The Office of the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension is directly responsible for all the research and extension programs of the University. The office directly supervises the operations of the Research, Development and the Extension Office.

The Office of the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension (OVPRDE) directly supervises the operations of the Research and Extension (R&E) Division. It also assists the University President in the formulation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures concerning research and extension.
