Admission Requirements
Admission Requirements Incoming Freshmen
A Grade 12 student expected to graduate at the end of the SY 2025-2026; or A graduate of Senior High School in the previous years who did not enroll in other school after graduation; or A graduate of Alternative Learning School (ALS) and has passed the ALS Accreditation and Equivalency Program.
Documentary Requirements for Incoming Freshmen:
- Grade 11 SF9 (front and back with all grades visible)
- 2×2 ID picture
- Accomplished online College Admission Form
College Transferee
Minimum Requirements
A student who has studied in another university for at least one semester;Â Board Programs: Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.25 or higher;Â Non-board Programs: Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.50 or higher.
Documentary Requirements
- Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Grades
- Official Receipt of Admission Fee from the University Cashier (non-refundable)
- 2×2 ID Picture
- Accomplished Online College Admission Form
