Palawan State University is pleased to share this learning opportunity from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) – Civil Service Institute (CSI) for government officials and employees seeking to enhance their leadership, managerial, and professional competencies through flexible online learning.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC), through its Civil Service Institute (CSI), invites all government officials and employees to enroll in its Self-Paced eLearning Courses, available from 1 July to 30 September 2026.

The online learning program offers flexible, self-paced training designed to strengthen leadership, managerial, and professional competencies while allowing participants to learn anytime and anywhere. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion along with the corresponding Leadership and Managerial Training Credit.
