March 20, 2023 – The University President, Dr. Ramon M. Docto, had attended the flag ceremony of the PSU Manalo Campus last March 20, 2023.
Accompanying the President are:

Dr. Marjorie Espanola – VP for Research, Extension and Development
Dr. Nelly Mendoza – Chief Administrative Officer
Engr. Jerico Padrones – Director, Planning & Development Office & IAS
Dr. Mary Alvior – Dean of the College of Teacher Education
The faculty of the Laboratory Elementary School, as well as that of the Graduate School, were also in attendance.
The Elementary Students were in for a treat, as the President spoke to them and wished them well in their studies. This is part of the President’s desire to reach out to each and every campus.
