PSU – CBA hailed the 13 Newly CPAs from the recently concluded September – October 2023 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE). Five out of seven (71.43%) first – time takers and eight out of twelve (66.67%) re-takers from the university passed the examination, garnering a total of 13 passers out of 19 takers, with an overall passing rate of 68.42 percent.

The CPALE was conducted on September 30, 2023, October 1 and 2, 2023. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results on October 6, four (4) working days after the last day of the exam.
Obtaining a 68.42%, PSU-CBA surpassed the national passing rate of 31.37%, that is equivalent to the 2,740 passers out of 8,734 examinees throughout the country.
