Day 2 of the APO In-Country Demonstration Companies Project focused on baseline assessments and data collection, bringing participants deeper into the practical aspects of strengthening Technology Transfer Offices and innovation ecosystems.

Through engaging activities such as surveys, focus group discussions, document reviews, and tool customization, participants collaboratively identified key gaps, opportunities, and priority actions to enhance research commercialization efforts across institutions.
