Palawan State University President, Dr. Ramon M. Docto, together with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner and the Chair of the University’s Board of Regents, Dr. Jo Mark M. Libre, as well as other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) Officials conducted an ocular inspection and Campus Visit at PSU Roxas Campus and a Consultative Meeting at PSU San Vicente Campus on January 26, 2023.

The consultative meeting, as well as the ocular inspection and campus visit, was also attended by university officials including Dr. Amabel S. Liao – Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA), Dr. Nelly I. Mendoza – Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and Dr. Carlos Alfonso C. Salvador – University Registrar. Other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) officials including Dr. Nelson P. Cabral – Vice President of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) – Mindanao and President of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University, and Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon – President, North Eastern Mindanao State University also attended. Atty. Ronnie Azura, representing the Office of Senator Francis Escudero, and Ms. Ethan Kisses L. Guevarra – University Student Government President, also participated in the said events.

The meeting with the campus officials and student leaders of PSU San Vicente and Roxas took place to provide opportunities to address the concerns of the campuses, as well as to provide the support needed by the students, faculty and and campus officials.
