Congratulations to Project Oracle: Delta from the College of Sciences, under the guidance of Prof. John Vincent Colili, for emerging as the Champion in the HANDA MIMAROPA Pitching Competition-Provincial Level!

As provincial champions, the team will proudly represent Palawan State University (PalawanSU) at the Regional HANDA MIMAROPA Pitching Competition on August 19, 2026, in Romblon during the Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (RSTW), with full support from DOST MIMAROPA.

Kudos as well to our outstanding runners-up from the College of Engineering under the mentorship of Engr. Melchor Jaramilla: Team PalawanSU Rescue Boat for securing 2nd Place, and PalawanSU OilSafe for taking 3rd Place. This remarkable showcase of student talent and innovation was made possible through dedicated pitching and pitch deck mentoring provided by PITBI/TBIC, alongside the successful collaboration of DOST Palawan, the MVINet Consortium, PalawanSU, and PITBI/TBIC.

The entire PalawanSU community celebrates this inspiring achievement and wishes Team Oracle: Delta the best of luck in the regional finals.
