The Palawan State University (PalawanSU) College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) celebrated a significant milestone on November 6, 2024, with the inauguration of new facilities and music video launching of the Philippine Architecture Schools Association’s (PhilASA) official theme song (An Extension Project).
The event, held at the 3rd Floor of the Architecture Building, marked the opening of the Building Technology Room, the History of Architecture Room, and the Miniature-Making Room. These facilities are designed to enhance the learning experience of architecture students and foster creativity and innovation.
The highlight of the event was the much-anticipated launch of the PhilASA Theme Song. This collaborative effort by architecture students aims to unite the architectural community and inspire future generations of architects. The music video showcases the beauty of Philippine architecture and the passion of its students.
The inauguration and launch were attended by Dr. Ramon M. Docto, University President, Engr. Jezreel Tuquero, Dean, CEAT, Ar. Jefferson Bulan, Department Chairperson, CEAT, and PhilASA Southern Luzon Regional Director, Ar. Anthony Anderson, Project Manager-PalawanSU Faculty Union, other faculty members, students, and other distinguished guests.
The event was a testament to PalawanSU’s commitment to providing quality education and fostering a vibrant architectural community.
