The Palawan State University community extends its sincere gratitude to Dr. Marjorie A. Española, Vice President for Research, Development and Extension, and Prof. Marissa S. Pontillas for their dedicated service as Officers-in-Charge of the University pursuant to Board Resolution No. 181, Series of 2025.

Under the said Board Resolution, Dr. Española served as Officer-in-Charge from January 1 to January 10, 2026, followed by Prof. Pontillas, who served from January 11 to July 5, 2026.

The University sincerely appreciates their leadership, commitment, and stewardship in ensuring the continuity of University operations during the transition period.
