Dr. Ramon M. Docto, PalawanSU President, made a significant impact by attending the Executive Session of the American Spaces Philippines Conference 2024, held at Saint Louis University in Baguio City.
The Executive Session convenes the fifteen university presidents of American Corner host institutions from across the country to collaborate on strategic planning and share best practices in AC administration. It serves as a forum to discuss shared priorities, goals, updates, program plans, and directions for the next fiscal year, as well as each corner’s program and budget proposals for the upcoming funding cycle.
Following the Executive Session on October 2, the conference will continue for two days with the AC Directors and Coordinators in Baguio on October 3-4, 2024.
PalawanSU has a long-standing relationship with American Spaces and has been a key partner in implementing various initiatives. The University’s participation in the conference further solidified its commitment to international collaboration and cultural exchange.
Mr. Christian Robert Nalica, University Librarian/Director for Library Services, and Ms. Analiza A. Amistoso, American Corner Coordinator/Main Campus Librarian, are also in attendance.
