Palawan State University has reached a new sustainability milestone! In our very first submission to the UI GreenMetric Sustainable University Rankings, we proudly established our place among 2,016 participating institutions across 110 countries worldwide.

In our global debut, we achieved:
🏆 Rank 1261 Worldwide
🏆 Rank 756 in Asia
🏆 Rank 80 among HEIs in the Philippines

Initiated by Universitas Indonesia in 2010, UI GreenMetric is a comprehensive global ranking system that assesses universities on their environmental commitment. Through 39 indicators across 6 key criteria, it measures how effectively institutions act as stewards of the environment.

In our inaugural submission, we earned our highest category scores in:
– Transportation
– Education and Research
– Governance and Digitalization

This milestone is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our offices, colleges, and campuses, who worked hand-in-hand to showcase the sustainability initiatives driving our university forward.

Together, let us keep building a greener, more sustainable future for the entire Palawan State University community and Palawan!
