January 18, 2023 – In celebration of the achievements of agencies in Region IV under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), Palawan State University President, Dr. Ramon M. Docto, together with Dr. Ma. Christine Guzman, PSU PRIME-HRM Focal person, attended the PRIME-HRM Recognition Rites on January 18 at Sequoia Hotel, Quezon City.

PSU, along with other agencies, has been invited to partake in the fitting ceremony upon being identified as among those who have shown untiring dedication in promoting people excellence by continuously implementing the Maturity Level II Indicators of the PRIME-HRM. The Civil Service Commission – Regional Office IV spearheaded the ceremony, aiming to gather the PRIME-HRM key players of agencies awarded and targeted alike to inspire each other to strive for higher levels of accreditation.

Dr. Docto, as the agency head, also joined the ceremonial signing for the pledge of commitment as a symbolic way of showing their support to the CSC’s PRIME-HRM. This undertaking is another manifestation of the University’s thrust to improve the quality of life of its stakeholders, in line with the University’s Mission, Vision, and Quality Policy.
