May 15, 2023 – Ms. Jemimah Joy Zabala, the newly crowned Ms. Philippines – Water 2023, visited her alma mater, Palawan State University, last May 15, 2023. 

Part of her visit is a courtesy call to the University Administration, led by Dr. Ramon M. Docto – University President, accompanied by key officials. During this courtesy call, Dr. Docto recognized the achievement of Ms. Zabala through an awarding of a Certificate of Recognition, emphasizing her success in her advocacies and pursuits, which brought honor to herself and the University. 

She also paid a visit to her home college, the College of Arts and Humanities, where she was received by the Dean of the College, Dr. Ric Tajolosa, along with faculty members of the said college. 

Students from different colleges and other faculty and staff also had an opportunity to catch a glimpse of the University’s newly crowned beauty queen.
