Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), aand Palawan State University (PalawanSU), have officially established a strategic partnership through the virtual signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on October 19, 2026. This milestone agreement aims to advance higher education by promoting mutual cooperation in management and business education, joint academic activities, and high-impact research initiatives between the two state universities.
