November 8, 2022 – Representatives from the Latter-day Saint Charities, the humanitarian arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, have visited Palawan State University – San Rafael Campus.
Elder Lenard Huff and Sister Bonnie Huff, Humanitarian Missionaries from LDS Charities, have rendered a courtesy call to the Campus Director, Prof. Francisca Milagros Dimaano, and have also visited Faculty Members of the said campus. An ocular visit of the entire campus was also conducted. The purpose of this visit was to explore future opportunities for service and collaboration, especially in the Agriculture Program, among others.
According to their website, the purpose of LDS Charities is to: “relieve suffering, foster self-reliance and provide opportunities for service.”
