The flag-raising ceremony on the first Monday of August, 2024 was a special occasion as PalawanSU honored its employees who exhibited exceptional punctuality and perfect attendance for the month of June, 2024. This recognition aimed to inspire and motivate the workforce to maintain high standards of professionalism and dedication to public service.
In a groundbreaking achievement that sent ripples of excitement, the PalawanSU Disc League (PSUDL) clinched the championship title at the 2024 National University and College Championships (NUCC). Demonstrating exceptional skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship, the PSUDL ended UP Diliman’s nine-year dominance of the competition. To honor their remarkable achievement, the team was awarded a certificate of recognition.
University officials, led by President Dr. Ramon M. Docto, along with other administrators, directors, deans, staff, and students attended the flag-raising ceremony. The event also marked the first day of work for the faculty members for the Academic Year 2024-2025, who were warmly welcomed. New position designations were also announced during the ceremony.
