Congratulations to Mr. Ranthyno Angelo E. Olorga, a student of Palawan State University, for his outstanding performance in the recently concluded MIMAROPA Regional Schools Press Conference held from February 18 to 21, 2025, in Tagaytay City. Mr. Olorga emerged as Champion in Photojournalism (Secondary English), showcasing exceptional talent and dedication.

In recognition of this remarkable achievement, the 17th Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Puerto Princesa passed Resolution No. 1763-2025 during its 134th Regular Session on March 10, 2025, commending Mr. Olorga for bringing pride and honor to the city.
