Palawan State University represented by Dr. Carlos Alfonso Salvador, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (VPSAS) and the OIC President, welcomed the Commission on Higher Education – Office of Planning, Research, and Knowledge Management (CHED – OPRKM) team headed by Dr. Mary Sylvette Gunigundo, OIC Director, OPRKM yesterday, August 10, at the Office of the President, PSU Administration Building, for a terminal monitoring visit.
Alongside with Dr. Salvador were Engr. Jerico Padrones, Director, Integrated Planning, Quality Assurance, and Internal Audit Office, and the Project Team Leader, Mr. Anthony De Leon, Director, Management Information Systems Office. While, together with Dr. Gunigundo were the other officials of CHED – OPRKM who were part of the monitoring team.
The on-site visit was pursuant to the Institutional Development and Innovation Grant (IDIG) that was awarded to the university for the project entitled, “Smart Classroom Using Smart Technology”. It was in purpose of the inspection and inventory of the equipment and other items procured by the university under the said grant.
