The Palawan State University community extends its sincere gratitude to Engr. Jerry Mercado for his dedicated service and leadership as the outgoing Officer-in-Charge of DOST MIMAROPA.

His support to the region’s science and technology initiatives and to the University’s research and development efforts as a Member of our Board of Regents are greatly appreciated.

As we bid Engr. Mercado a grateful farewell, we warmly welcome Dr. Bernardo Sepeda as the new. DOST MIMAROPA Regional Director and member of our Board of Regents.
