On February 20, 2024, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed at the Palawan State University Hostel. This agreement involved the Palawan State University – College of Criminal Justice Education and several partner agencies including the Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO), Palawan Police Provincial Office (PPPO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Bureau of Jail and Penology Management (BJMP), City Traffic Management Office (CTMO), and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). The signing represents a significant collaboration between these entities.

The objective of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is to facilitate internships for students from the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) at the specified partner agencies. This initiative seeks to promote educational collaboration and establish connections that contribute towards quality and excellence. Additionally, it aims to nurture a harmonious working environment, foster camaraderie, and build enduring friendships.

The officials from the partner-agencies radiated enthusiasm as they shared their insights. They spoke passionately about the power of positive collaboration, the benefits of continuous learning, and the noble calling to serve the public with heartfelt compassion. They emphasized on upholding virtuous values within oneself and towards our environment, fostering a spirit of mutual support. This is a testament to their unwavering commitment to making a difference in society.

Among the present university officials are University President, Dr. Ramon M. Docto, Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Maila N. Lucero, Vice-President for Student Affairs and Services, Dr. Carlos Alfonso C. Salvador, and CCJE Dean Dr. Sauda I. Leging, CCJE faculty, staff, and students, together with the officials of the partner-agencies, PCOL Carlito A. Narag, Jr., OIC, Palawan Police Provincial Office, represented by Pol. Major Analyn Palma, P/Col. Ronnie S. Bacuel, Director, City PNP, FCInsp Reynaldo A. Delos Reyes,  City Fire Marshall, JSInsp Alcel U. Bandiola, City Jail Warden, JSInsp Bryan Ian Paul A.
