The Southern Tagalog Islands Research and Development Consortium (STIRDC), led by Palawan State University President Dr. Ramon M. Docto as Chairman, and Dr. Marjorie A. Espańola as Vice Chair, was bestowed with a Certificate of Recognition during the 2024 Annual Meeting with Regional Consortia Partners.
