The 420th Annual General Tactical Inspection (AGTI) Entrance and Exit Briefing of the Naval Reserve
Officers Training Corps Unit (NROTCU) held on April 17-18, 2024, at the OUP Conference Room, Palawan State University, Puerto Princesa City.
A delegation of representatives from the Naval Reserve Force in the Western Frontier, consisting of 12 inspectors, convened at Palawan State University. The delegation conducted a general tactical inspection of the National Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (NROTC) cadets at the university. AGTI is primarily intended to assess the cadets’ training status, achievements, and competencies.
The Annual General Tactical Inspection (AGTI) focuses on seven events namely: General Administration; Evaluation of Commandant and Staff; Parades and Ceremonies; Military Stakes; First Aid; Comprehensive Examinations; and Physical Fitness Test. The ROTC students achieved excellent results throughout the evaluation process.
The AGTI Team presented their objectives and outlined their results during the briefing. Notable attendees included LTCOL Eugene Jr D. Castilla CHs, Capt Tirso L. Chavez PN(GSC), Froilan P. Colico PN, Col Leo C. Frincillo PN(M)(GSC), along with other officials and personnel from NRF-WF. Also present from the university were Dr. Maila N. Lucero, the OIC-OUP/VPAA, VPFA Dr. Venzon L. Limpiada, VPSAS Dr. Carlos Alfonso C. Salvador, VPRDE Dr. Marjorie A. EspaƱola, NSTP Dir. Prof. Antonino V. Moragriega, and Prof. Rudolf Molina.
