YOUR 6-STEP ENROLLMENT ROADMAP
STEP 1: Medical & Drug Testing Requirements
Your health and safety come first! Secure your health clearance with these sub-steps:
•A. Schedule your Clinic Appointment: Book your medical appointment slot via this link:
Google Calendar Link. Please book strictly according to your college’s designated schedule:
o CAD: May 21 – May 22
o CAH: May 22 – May 27
o CBA: May 28 – June 8
o CCJE: June 8 – June 10
o COE: June 11 – June 17
o CHTM: June 18 – June 20
o CNHS: June 20 – June 22
o CS: June 22 – June 26
o CTE: June 26 – June 30
(Note: You may opt to undergo your medical examination at an outside clinic. Just make sure to submit the medical certificate to the University Clinic for verification.)
•B. Create your e-Record: Register online through the University Clinic Link 1 or Link 2 before your medical examination.
•C. Drug Testing: Undergo a drug test at any DDB-DOH accredited drug testing center.
•D. Claim your Medical Certificate: Bring your drug test results and other lab test results to the University Clinic on your scheduled exam day.
STEP 2: Document Preparation
Organization is key! Prepare exactly three (3) complete sets of your documents:
•SET 1 (Originals for the OUR): Placed inside a long transparent envelope with your Name and Academic Program clearly written on the front.
•SET 2 (Photocopies for your College): Placed inside a white long folder with your Name and Academic Program written on the side tab. (Make sure documents are securely fastened!)
•SET 3 (Photocopies for You): Kept securely as your personal copy.
Document Checklist:
[ ] 2 pieces 2×2 ID Picture
[ ] Printed Admission Test Result (sent to your email by OSAS)
[ ] University Medical Certificate or Printed Clinic Appointment Slip
[ ] Drug Test Result (submitted to the Clinic)
[ ] Original SF9 / Form 138 (High School Report Card)
[ ] Certificate of Good Moral Character
[ ] Original PSA Birth Certificate
STEP 3: Submission & Profile Validation
Head over to the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) to submit your compiled credentials. The Registrar staff will process your registration, assign your block/section, and automatically load your subjects into the system! For special requests, arrangements, or questions regarding submission, email: our@psu.palawan.edu.ph
STEP 4: Accounting Review & Assessment
The Accounting Office will review your profile and tag your financial status. Watch out for an email notification!
•Free Higher Education (FHE) Beneficiaries: No payment is needed! You will be automatically tagged as officially enrolled. (Proceed straight to Step 6!)
•Non-Beneficiaries: You will receive an assessment of fees. (Proceed to Step 5).
STEP 5: Payment (For Non-FHE Students)
Proceed to the Cashier’s Office, settle your assessed fees, and claim your Official Receipt (OR).
STEP 6: Official Enrollment & COR Generation
Keep a close eye on your inbox! You will receive an email notification confirming your official enrollment status along with your login credentials for the Pinnacle Academic Information Management System (AIMS).
Once received, simply log into the AIMS student module to download your Certificate of Registration (COR), or request assistance from your respective college.
