Palawan State University (PalawanSU) celebrates another milestone as six of its graduates successfully passed the April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination (MidLE), with one clinching a spot in the Top 10.

Leading this new cohort of healthcare professionals is Ms. Ruby May Bautista Nalica-Gulo, who secured her place in the national Top 10 with a remarkable 92.20% rating. The university achieved a perfect 100% passing rate for first-time takers, while the overall passing rate stands at 37.50%. The triumph of our newly registered midwives reflects a journey of immense perseverance and hard work.
