A celebratory motorcade was organized by the College of Architecture and Design (CAD) on February 27, 2026 to recognize the outstanding performance of our graduates who achieved a 100% passing rate in the January 2026 Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA).
A total of 18 graduates successfully passed the LEA, including Ar. Louie Blanco who ranked 10th in the national exam. In recognition of Ar. Blanco’s achievement, the University awarded him a P50, 000.00 incentive.
The PalawanSU Architecture Alumni Association, through Ar. Randy Rulf Radam, also gave a P10, 000.00 gift. OIC Prof. Marissa S. Pontillas, Dr. Mary G. Alvior (representing the OVPAA) and CAD Dean Ar. Jefferson Bulan commended the new architects for their hard work and resilience.
In their addresses, the officials challenged the graduates to uphold the PalawanSU banner with unwavering integrity. They emphasized that beyond technical mastery of their discipline, it is their character and professional honor that will define their legacy. As OIC Pontillas reminded the newly licensed architects,
“…lead as green architects, champion sustainability in our buildings, and become architects with integrity who are not involved in corruption of any kind.”
