The Palawan State University has bared plans to host PCSC 2016, a major event organized by the Computing Society of the Philippines, which is steadily gaining attention as one of the biggest developments in the Information and Communications Technology industry.

 Following a memorandum released as early as last year by Commission on Higher Education chair Dr. Patricia Licuanan, it was announced to all CHED Central and Regional Office Directors, and all heads of public and private Higher Education Institutions that this event shall be participated in by officials, employees, students and practitioners in the field of Communication Technology from all over the Philippines.

A call for papers for PCSC 2016 has been issued recently, as the points of discussion are expected to center on the following topics:

The event shall be held on March 16-18, 2016 at a venue which shall be disclosed in the near future. The public is requested to await a further announcement from the PSU concerning this matter.
