The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 1,572 out of 3,085 takers passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last November 2016.

Of the 1,572 board passers, the Palawan State University Midwifery is among the proud institutions which passed with flying colors, garnering a rate of 70.59%, successfully surpassing the national passing rate of 68%. Truly, the university once again has showcased quality education and training for their students to be globally competitive.
