The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is located at the Ground Floor of the Administration Building at the Main Campus in Tiniguiban, Bgy. Sta. Monica. The OUR implements policies on students’ admission, enrollment, transfer and graduation. It is the repository of student records. As such, it is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, updating, evaluation and disposition of students’ academic records. As the primary source of data, it provides information needed by the administration and the faculty to enhance curricular offerings and initiate changes and innovations.
To provide quality support services in response to the need and expectations of the academic community for accurate and timely dissemination of information, the OUR has initiated the computerization of the registration process at the Main Campus effective SY 2009-2010.
