The Palawan State University College of Hospitality Management and Tourism is all-systems-go on the much awaited Chef’s Festival and Skills Olympics, the twelfth of its kind since its inception in 2003, as the PSU community is now looking at this as the first major event of the CHMT for the founding anniversary celebration of the University.
Indicative of the Palawan State University’s continued progress, the PSU Library Staff headed by PSU Librarian Prof. Lourdes Salvador is pursuing a technological shift in its operations. They have started undergoing a training and onboarding process conducted by Electronic Information Solutions Inc., the exclusive local distributor of a state of the art online cataloguing system named Destiny Library Manager by Follet Software.
It was another fully packed event on PSU’s most recent edition of Recognition Day. As expected, the students’ names were called out one by one as they received their awards. The normal afternoon had all indications that it would be the same as all the Recognition Day celebrations in the past.
The Palawan State University, under the leadership of President Dr. Jeter S. Sespeñe, has recently disseminated a memorandum which is aimed to empower issues on Gender and Development across all of the different undertakings of the school.
